Our Equipment

LAMINATOR:  The Harlan can laminate 23-gram to 100-gram melamine top-coated paper, foil, and 2.5 mil to 12 mil vinyl in up to five foot wide sheets.  Product form 1/10" thru 1 1/2" thick can be used: ICI has hundreds of different styles/colors of laminate in stock at all times.

FABRICATION:  3 CNC Holzma panel saws1 Shoda 8 head CNC router (CAD/CAM loaded) 1 CNC Biesse 346 32mm. point to point boring machine (CAD/CAM loaded), 4 Edgebanders, 4 edge foilers, 1 IDM double end tenoner, 2 gang rip saws, 2 Ritter 32mm. Boring machines.

PAINT/PRINT:  The Dubois flatline finishing [process can basecoat, prime, paint, and topcoat a variety of products up to four feet in width or cut to size.  They have hour rotogravure cylinders to print oak, walnut, pine, and parquet.  all paints and finishes are waterbased, leadfree, and non-toxic allowing ICI to remain environmentally friendly...
